Chronolog Stations

In late 2023 MetroParks installed Chronolog stations at Mill Race Preserve MetroPark and Line Hill Mound MetroPark to help document the changes in the parks' meadows and prairies over time. Through Chronolog, MetroParks' Natural Resources & Conservation staff can visually track the progress of the park prairie and meadow restoration projects through time-lapse video footage and gather information about the plants and animal species found in these environments. Become a citizen scientist and help us make these cool videos by taking a picture and emailing it to Chronolog! 

    

       

 

How to Upload Pictures to Chronolog:

- Find the Chronolog station at Line Hill Mound MetroPark or Mill Race Preserve MetroPark
- Use the Chronolog kiosk to position your phone and snap your picture
- Email your picture to Chronolog using the posted directions at each station
