- Where is the Voice of America MetroPark Athletic Complex?
- The Voice of America MetroPark Athletic Complex is located within Voice of America MetroPark. The park’s address is 7850 VOA Park Dr., West Chester, OH 45069.
- How do I get to the Athletic Complex?
- All visitors will enter the park from Cox Road and follow posted signs to continue straight on VOA Park Drive. Drivers will pass the Voice of America MetroPark practice fields on the right before the drive ends in the Athletic Complex.
- How big is the Athletic Complex?
- The Athletic Complex has 25 multi-purpose fields: two turf fields with lights and 23 grass fields. We also have multiple practice fields, a three-mile cross country course, and a cricket pitch. Additionally, the complex has a 3,400 square foot state-of-the-art fieldhouse complete with a trainer’s room, press box, restrooms, and concessions.
- Where can I buy my parking pass?
- Parking passes for each event will be available at our online box office here. Tickets will be available for purchase the Monday prior to the first day of the event.
- Can I bring my dog to the Athletic Complex?
- Yes! Dogs are welcome in the Athletic Complex, but we do ask that you keep them leashed, stay off the fields of play, and that you kindly pick up after them.
- Are there seats for spectators?
- There are no seats for spectators, please plan to bring your own chair.
- What are the hours of the Athletic Complex?
- The Athletic Complex is typically open from 8am to dusk. Hours may fluctuate based on day and time.
- What other amenities are available at Voice of America MetroPark?
- The 435-acre Voice of America MetroPark is one of the most diverse parks in the MetroParks of Butler County system. Apart from the Athletic Complex, Voice of America MetroPark also has a 35-acre stocked lake, kayak rentals, the Lodge Banquet Center and nine miles of paved and natural trails. Around 50% of Voice of America MetroPark is preserved greenspace and the park’s prairies are an important birding habitat for many local species. Parking Pass FAQ
All vehicles entering Voice of America MetroPark for athletic tournaments or non-MetroParks special events are required to pay a parking fee. Parking fees help maintain the Voice of America MetroPark Athletic Complex's tournament-quality fields, which are open only to select groups throughout the year. As a taxpayer-funded agency, MetroParks of Butler County is committed to using its tax revenue to fund publicly accessible recreation like trails, dog parks, and water access. Implementing parking passes helps the Athletic Complex achieve fiscal sustainability without relying on taxpayer dollars for subsidies.
- How much does a parking pass cost?
- Parking rates will be posted online for people to view ahead of their event.
- Can I buy my parking pass at the gate?
- You can buy your parking pass at the gate, however, buying in advance is encouraged. In the hopes of decreasing wait times and traffic, parking passes bought in advance will be discounted.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- Parking passes can only be purchased with a credit or debit card. Cash is not accepted.
- Do you offer discounts?
- Discounted parking passes can be purchased ahead of your scheduled tournament or special event through Hometown Ticketing.
- What happens if I buy a parking pass and my tournament or event is canceled?
- Tournament and special event participants who have their events canceled by MetroParks due to severe weather or field conditions will have their parking passes refunded in full. MetroParks will not issue refunds for games or special events canceled or moved by the event organizer.
- I accidentally purchased a parking pass for Voice of America MetroPark. Can I receive a refund?
- Parking passes are non-refundable, except if MetroParks cancels the event. Please ensure that your game or event is at Voice of America MetroPark before purchasing a parking pass.
- I am a referee, volunteer or staff member. Do I need a parking pass?
- Please connect with your event's organizer for more information.
- Why is parking not included in my tournament registration cost?
- Organizers are given the opportunity to cover all parking costs for their tournament or special event. If an organizer chooses not to cover parking fees, that cost is passed along to the participants.
