VIEW AVAILABILITY AND MAKE A RESERVATION
GENERAL CAMPGROUND RULES
- Check-in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out 12:00 p.m. day of departure for campsites.
- Check-in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m. day of departure for the Murstein Cabin.
- Alcoholic Beverages are PROHIBITED in this park.
- Fires are permitted only in stoves, grills, or in designated areas.
- NEVER LEAVE FIRES UNATTENDED. Do not move fire rings.
- Water is available at the hydrant in front of the Park Manager’s office.
- All sites include a picnic table and fire ring.
- Use of firearms and fireworks is strictly prohibited in all areas of the park.
- Walk-in campers are welcome; however, sites reserved in advance will be marked. If walk-in campers occupy a reserved site, they will have to move to an unoccupied site.
- There is NO dump station or shower facilities at this park.
- The maximum period of time that any person is permitted to stay overnight in any MetroPark designated campground shall not exceed 14 days in any 30-day period.
- Subleasing of a campsite, cabin, or lodge is prohibited.
- Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash, no longer than 6’ in length. Please clean up after your pets.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Electronic devices and voices must be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb others.
- Any person under 18 years of age wanting to reserve an individual campsite must have written consent from a parent or guardian. The written consent shall include the full name and address of the parent or legal guardian, a telephone number where the parent or guardian can be reached at all times, the park location, and camping dates.
- All firewood must be purchased through MetroParks and is available for $7/bundle, approximately 9 pieces per bundle.
- Additional firewood can be purchased up until 2 p.m. prior to your reservation by calling the MetroParks Administrative Office Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at (513) 867-5835.
- For drop-in campers who arrive after 3 p.m., please contact the MetroParks Administrative Office if you need firewood.
