Shelter reservations are from 8 a.m. - dusk daily. 

  • The cost of each shelter varies depending upon the date requested and shelter reserved. Butler County residents qualify for discounted shelter reservations.
  • When reserved, there will be a “Reserved” sign on the shelter indicating that the shelter has been reserved for the day.
  • All shelters are equipped with picnic tables and a grill.
  • There is no electric at the shelters unless specified.
  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the parks.
  • Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pets.
  • All shelter reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • MetroParks prohibits the use of inflatable equipment such as bounce houses, slides or obstacle courses.
