    Join MetroParks and MidPointe Library at Chrisholm's historic farmstead for fun simple yoga poses, stories, and breathing exercises for the whole family. Please bring your own towel or yoga mat. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • 109th Augspurger Reunion/Friends of Chrisholm Annual Meeting

    June 27, 2026 11:00am - 1:30pm

    This event is open to all Augspurger descendants, historical Butler County Amish Mennonite community descendants, Friends of Chrisholm members, and those interested in learning more about Chrisholm Farmstead and the Friends of Chrisholm organization. Friends of Chrisholm will provide an update on current activities and the overall state of the organization. Jeff Lehman, Board President, will present a talk on Christian Iutzi, the Hessian Amish Mennonite, and their influence on the historic Amish Mennonite community of Butler County. Descendant Gretchen Bainum will share the story of Christian Iutzi's grandfather clock, which has remained in the family for over 250 years.   • Exploring Crayfish: Catch & Cook

    June 27, 2026 1:00pm - 3:30pm

    Learn to catch and cook crayfish with the Ohio Division of Wildlife. Instructors will cover native and invasive species, trapping methods, rules & regulations, and of course cooking. Space is limited for this educational event. Participants must register at ohiodnr.gov/home/news-and-events/all-events/wildlife-events/exploring-crayfish-catch-cook-swoh-062726 . Dress for the outdoors, wearing clothes that can get wet and dirty.
