Join MetroParks and MidPointe Library in a beautiful grassy meadow for fun simple yoga poses, stories, and breathing exercises for the whole family. Please bring your own towel or yoga mat. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Enjoy a peaceful hike while connecting with others and exploring the wetland and fields at Gilmore Ponds MetroPark. The majority of this trail is paved. This experience, in partnership with MHARS and Butler County Veterans Services Commission, is an opportunity to unwind, recharge, and find peace in nature.
