Meadow Ridge MetroPark

MetroParks purchased this 456-acre parcel of land from Trust for Public Land, a national nonprofit whose mission is to create parks and protect land, on November 21, 2016.

Grants from the Land and Water Conservation Fund and the Ohio Public Works Commission Clean Ohio Green Space Conservation Fund made it possible to preserve this space for public access and future passive recreational use. Restoration work has been, and will continue to be, conducted on the site in compliance with the grant conditions.

The area opened for daily access in December 2018. Highlights of this park include trails for hiking, biking, and running, as well as birding, picnicking, and catch-and-release fishing.
